Kinsey Family Farm

We went to an adorable pumpkin patch at Kinsey Family Farm the first weekend of October to have pictures taken by the talented Kandis Sebastian. (Those pics will be in another post.)  This past Saturday, we went back to pick out some pumpkins to carve and spent a little more time exploring the farm than we did the first time we went.  They have two areas filled with hundreds of pumpkins in all different shapes, sizes, and colors.

They also have a petting barn, plant nursery and Christmas tree farm.  I can't wait to take Will there to pick out a Christmas tree when he gets older!

Will loved looking at the animals at the petting barn.
 He really loved the cow!

Too bad I don't have a better understanding of white balance with my camera.  A bright sun, black cow and pale baby don't make for a good picture.

Listening to Daddy make cow noises.

It was a beautiful afternoon to spend outside, but it was very windy.  Poor little guy got wind burn on his cheeks and nose.  The farm is only about 35 minutes north of us, so visiting there will definitely become a family tradition.
